The Signature Retreat Method™ is a live group coaching and educational program designed to provide strategy, coaching, accountability, training, and practical tools to help you build and launch your signature retreat and retreat-centric business model.

While every effort has been made to provide proven frameworks, guidance, and support, your results will always depend on your individual commitment, implementation, experience, market, business decisions, and willingness to take consistent action.

Because this is a live group coaching experience, the value of the program is enriched through participant engagement, collaboration, coaching conversations, and shared experiences. Coaching, hot-seat opportunities, feedback, and community support are provided throughout the program; however, individual outcomes will naturally vary.

No guarantees are made regarding specific financial results, retreat attendance, client enrollment, business growth, revenue, profitability, or any other business outcome. Testimonials, examples, case studies, or participant experiences shared throughout the program are intended solely as examples of what is possible and should never be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and results. The Signature Retreat Method™ is designed to equip, encourage, and support you as you faithfully steward your gifts, expertise, and calling; however, your success ultimately depends upon your own implementation and continued effort.

Legal Disclaimer

The Signature Retreat Method™ provides educational content, coaching, templates, and best practices related to designing and leading retreats. Nothing provided within this program should be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, insurance, accounting, medical, or professional advice.

Retreat leaders are solely responsible for ensuring their retreats comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, insurance obligations, contracts, waivers, and business practices.

You are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified attorney, accountant, insurance professional, and any other appropriate licensed advisors regarding legal agreements, liability waivers, business formation, contracts, taxes, risk management, and any legal matters related to your retreat or business.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All program materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, presentations, coaching frameworks, graphics, downloads, recordings, curriculum, trademarks, and proprietary methods—including the Signature Retreat Method™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Women Rise Up Coaching & Retreats LLC unless otherwise noted.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license for your personal business use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, teach, publish, sell, sublicense, upload, share, or otherwise make any portion of the program available to individuals outside of the enrolled program without prior written permission.

Participants also agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow members. Personal stories, coaching discussions, business ideas, proprietary information, and group conversations shared within the program are to remain confidential and may not be shared outside the community without the express permission of the individual involved.

Violation of these intellectual property or confidentiality provisions may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may result in legal action where applicable.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary curriculum, coaching resources, templates, downloads, and live coaching support, all program sales are final.

Refund requests will not be honored once the official program start date has passed, regardless of participation level, scheduling conflicts, travel, business circumstances, or completion of the program.

If you are unable to participate after enrolling, you may contact us to discuss whether transferring your enrollment to a future cohort is available. Transfer requests, if approved, are granted solely at the discretion of Women Rise Up Coaching & Retreats LLC and are not guaranteed.

By enrolling in the Signature Retreat Method™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

Program Updates

The Signature Retreat Method™ is a living program that continues to evolve based on participant feedback, industry best practices, and real-world implementation. While the core outcomes and transformational frameworks remain consistent, lessons, worksheets, templates, guest experts, coaching content, and supporting resources may be refined or enhanced over time.

As a Founding Member, you are helping shape the future of this program. Your participation and feedback contribute to strengthening the experience for future cohorts, and you'll benefit from many of the improvements developed throughout your participation.

Participant Commitment

By enrolling in the Signature Retreat Method™, you agree to participate with professionalism, respect, integrity, and a collaborative spirit. You acknowledge that the success of the group depends on creating a safe, encouraging, and confidential environment where participants can openly share ideas, ask questions, and receive coaching.

​Women Rise Up Coaching & Retreats LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the values of the program. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
